In August 2018, I left the Army and set off from home with a second-hand bike.
I returned to London in October 2019 having ridden 22,500 miles for 430 days across 4 continents.

Heroes of Telemark
In March 2018, 13 instructors from Army Training Regiment Winchester embarked on an ambitious expedition to Norway. The team aimed to ski across the Hardangervidda before heading into the Jotunheimen mountain range for a final challenge, summiting the highest mountain in Northern Europe.

A Journey on the Highway to Hell. The Marathon des Sables. The name itself is synonymous with images of rolling sand dunes, the Saharan sun beating down and streams of runners slowly making their way across this record breaking and grueling 257km course.
Lands End to John O’Groats
After the Nepal earthquake of 2015 I wanted to raise funds for CAN and took on a challenge to facilitate that. At two weeks’ notice, Harry was the only man foolhardy enough to join me cycling over 1,000 miles from Lands End – John O’Groats with negligible training.
